Our first RX Common Tower and RX4050DF in Germany!
RAXTAR is providing the first RX Common Tower in Germany at the Spin in Frankfurt. The striking 128-meter high rise building, designed by Hadi Teherani, will not only serve as a four-star-plus NH Hotel Group hotel but will also provide huge office areas right in the hub of Frankfurt’s financial district. These state-of-the-art office units are being constructed from the 22nd to the 31st floor, with all ten office floors offering a fascinating all-round view of central Frankfurt.
RX Common Tower systems are highly efficient logistical hubs for transporting personnel and materials into high rise buildings under construction. By concentrating hoisting in one area, RX Common Tower systems allow the building facades to be installed around the open faces of the building, whilst keeping only a limited access point open from the RX Common Tower; RX Common Towers enable finishing work to start in an early stage of the construction process whilst the main structure is still under construction and grows in height.
The RX4050DF is the vertical access solution where volume prevails over speed. The RX4050DF is a twin mast frequency driven hoist designed for the transportation of large sized materials. It easily lifts prefabricated pre-fabricated pods or curtain walls with a lifting speed of 36 m/min (120 fpm). The RX4050DF has a payload capacity of 4000 kg (8,800 lbs.) and clear inside dimensions of 5.00 x 3.04 x 3.00 m (16’ x 9’10” x 9’10”). The combination of its lifting power with a maximum cargo space make this RAXTAR RX4050DF special in its kind. Other cabin sizes and payloads available are upon request.
