Field Service hoist Technician

(Veldhoven, full-time, day shift)

As a Field Service hoist Technician, every day is different. Together with a colleague technician, you travel to various locations in the Benelux. You take the lead on projects and ensure all installation work is carried out. This includes assembling and disassembling temporary passenger and freight hoists for high-rise projects. If you also have electrical knowledge, you can be deployed to troubleshoot issues at the projects you are working on. Alongside your colleagues, you build safe and tidy hoist installations for our clients. The mobility and efficiency of our clients' projects are in your hands!

Responsibilities:

• Installing and anchoring hoists at various locations
• Repairing and maintaining hoists
• Independently performing maintenance and repair work
• Resolving hoist malfunctions
• Inspecting and certifying hoists according to applicable standards and guidelines
• Maintaining records of performed work
• Dismantling construction hoists and height components
• Instructing users on proper hoist usage

Requirements:

• Enjoying a varied job outdoors, understanding the role as an ambassador of RAXTAR, delivering the best service every day and at every project
• Completed vocational education in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering
• Demonstrable work experience as a technician
• Affinity with the hoist industry and preferably experience in it
• Possession of a driver's license B
• Possession of a VCA certificate or willingness to obtain one
• Good command of the Dutch language
• Customer-oriented, flexible, and stress-resistant
