We’re looking for an energetic, results-driven sales leader with a Win-It-All attitude and a passion for the commercial construction industry. If you thrive in high-stakes environments, have a proven track record of driving sales growth, and excel at building lasting client relationships, this role is your next big move.

You’ll shape our North American sales strategy, build your own sales & support team, forge strategic partnerships, and drive aggressive growth in a rapidly evolving market.

As our Area Sales Manager, you drive our growth in North America. You focus on business development, build strong client relationships and close strategic deals in the commercial construction sector.

What You’ll Do:

  • Focus on business development: develop and execute data-driven sales strategies to exceed revenue targets and grow market share.
  • Manage & support client relationships, together with the inside sales & support departments.
  • Align sales efforts with global business objectives to maximize impact.
  • Monitor market trends and translate insights into action & input for strategic goals.
  • Represent RAXTAR at industry events and networking forums.
  • Build our North American Sales & Support team.

Your Profile:

  • At least 5 years of successful sales experience in the commercial construction industry.
  • Strong in acquisition, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Experience with solution selling, complex sales cycles and contract negotiations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Self-starter with strategic insight and persuasive skills.
  • Live in North America and willing to travel up to 40% across the area. Valid passport required!
